The main focus of activities at SCHACHTBAU NORDHAUSEN GmbH is on the national reconstruction and expansion of sewage treatment plants as well as pumping stations and waterworks. Energy-efficient technologies for aeration plants and anaerobic sludge treatment plants with optimum use of energy resources from waste water and sewage sludge are of particular importance.. At the same time, these technologies significantly minimize CO2 emissions. This is our contribution to the protection of the environment.

From planning to commissioning, the plant engineering division manufactures all its components in Germany and many of them inhouse.
