To meet our highest quality standards, we manufacture stainless steel components in our inhouse production facilities. We live and breathe “Made in Germany” in our daily work and also extend this pledge to our customers.
All stainless steel molded pipeline parts are produced at our Nordhausen location. At our inhouse stainless steel production facilities, we prefabricate components such as segment arches with large diameters, or stainless steel bridges with the accompanying attachments and railings for water and waste water treatment plants.
We are able to produce segment arches up to DN 1800 mm according to customer requirements. In this way, it is possible not only to optimally fulfill the client’s requirements, but also to significantly reduce production and procurement costs.
A large proportion of the formed parts, such as tees or manifolds, are manufactured in-house. In addition, stainless steel tubes can be automatically flanged by means of cold forming. It is also possible here to manufacture reducers directly on the pipe so that a smaller nominal size can be expanded to the next larger nominal size.
