The technical office performs planning services for the mining division as well as externally for private and public clients. The typical tasks are all planning phases from preliminary planning to detailed design and execution drawings, building supervision for the production and safe keeping of the vertical and horizontal mining openings or cavities for the construction of traffic routes and infrastructure as well as their maintenance and safekeeping. This also includes the required structural calculations. In case of old mines, we carry out investigations/explorations, current state reports, analysis for the determination of mine damages and remediation planning.
    
Parallel to the mining-specific range of activities, in the technical office, projects for structural and civil engineering and inventories and remediation planning for historical and listed buildings are also carried out. Through close cooperation with our employees who are involved in planning and implementation in the mining division, the typical mining working method of developing optimum, tailored solutions that are perfectly suited to the local conditions have, as a matter of course, become the general working method of planning engineers.
